    This is a new item, it was a designer sample the item was changed before it went into production, size is extra large child,so it would totally fit a small to medium adult.  fun for class, or costuming, the mesh skirt does not have a finished hem because the fabric does not ravel.This is a pair of black lycra booty shorts with the 1 ply mesh skirt attached.
